Do you offer tape swapping service (going into a customer’s data center unescorted, removing backup tapes from their tape drives, possibly loading new tapes into their tape drives, and leaving with the backup tapes to be stored in your vault)? If so, besides charging a higher delivery rate, what things have you considered from an agreement/liability standpoint?
